of engineers are all factory trained with the manufacturer
and have years of field service experience.
Contracts
Contracts can cover both MS and LC/GC
for comprehensive coverage.
1) Full Contract:
Includes parts, unlimited service hours 1 preventive
maintenance visit per year, 2-day response time and
technical support. With a priority code you will be
given the top level of response and service.
2) Limited Contract:
Includes 1 preventive maintenance visit per year, 5
days service time, a 3-day response time and technical
support.

Preventive Maintenance
In today’s high throughput environment,
proactive support keeps your analytical instrument operating
optimally for a nominal cost. Routine maintenance minimizes
downtime due to breakdown and thus increases laboratory
productivity. We recommend that this is the minimum
maintenance coverage required to ensure optimal performance.

Relocation & Installation
A comprehensive relocation package is
available which takes care of de-installation, packing,
moving, unpacking and re-installation followed by comprehensive
testing to achieve top performance. Custom packages
